To ensure the highest standards of safety, accountability, and integrity, our club operates under two vital regulatory frameworks:
The Casey Tigersharks Swimming Club has formally adopted the Swimming Australia National Integrity Framework. The Casey Tigersharks Swimming Club is committed to maintaining safe physical and online environments for all members. We promote respectful and appropriate behaviour across all club activities, including training sessions, competitions, social events, social media platforms, messaging applications, email communications, and other digital channels used by the club.
All members are expected to use electronic communications responsibly and in accordance with our Code of Conduct and safeguarding policies.
Child safety is a shared responsibility. To ensure a safe environment at every training session and meet, the Casey Tigersharks enforce strict compliance requirements for our staff and volunteers:
If you see or hear something that doesn't feel right, or if you believe a child or young person may be at risk of harm, please speak up immediately. We take all complaints, reports, and feedback seriously and handle them with confidentiality, care, and respect.

Reports concerning the safety and wellbeing of children are taken seriously and managed in accordance with our safeguarding obligations and relevant policies. Where appropriate, matters may be referred to Sport Integrity Australia, Victoria Police, Child Protection, or other relevant authorities to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of those involved.
